Who Are We?

PRVO provides emergency services, utility assistance (LIHEAP), CSBG, prescription assistance, and weatherization. Funds have been received to help with rent/mortgage only. Payment is in the arrears or due within 5 calendar days. We can also pay first month's rent if a person has been evicted or is transient. They will be required to bring a letter rom the landlord which will include the amount of one month's rent. No deposits can be paid and we only pay up to $200.
